Insurance

Arrangement of cover for the building(s).
Payment, after checking, of premiums.
Liaison with insurance companies regarding increased replacement values and premiums.
Arrangement of insurance certificate required by bond holders and noting of the bond holders interest in the insurance policy. Extra charge to unit holder.
Administration of claims.

Maintenance of a register of owners.

Attendance at meetings – this is subject to negotiation and will depend on the size of the complex and the frequency of trustees meetings.
